As you can see, my blog is in the process of getting a new look! Hopefully it will be completed later today! :)
I have figured out how to do this on my own. I know several people are interested in this...and if you attempt it yourself, I will try to help! ha If you are interested in having it done for you, I may be willing to take on some side projects for a minimal fee. I definitely am not a pro! :p I do not have Adobe Photoshop, which is my biggest hindrance at the moment, but luckily my sis is a pro and she is working on my blog header.
As the new year approaches, take on a challenge and redo your blog look! ;)
What a Mess

I tried. I failed. I can't figure it out!! :(
ReplyDeleteCheck out the blog towards the bottom of my watch list on the side...it's called Tips for New Bloggers. It helped me out! Also, I bought my digital scrapbook set from Elemental Scrapbook (under the section called Blog Wear). I didn't venture too far outside my comfort zone. haha I'll save the document I got with my digital set and email it to you. Along with the other blog, I somehow managed to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteI'm so jealous! My html knowledge is very limited! Heck half the time I'm surprised I can even post a blog!! I do have one question for you....is there a way to put the pictures in the blog in specific spots? Everytime I load them they end up at the beginning and in backwards order! Grrrr...
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I'm loving the new look!
Thanks Kayla! Yes, mine does the same thing when I load pictures; however, if you click on 'Edit Html' tab on your post (you'll be in the 'Compose' tab), you can copy the picture html code, paste it wherever you want it in your post, then delete it from the top...and when you switch back to compose, you'll see it as it should be! That's what I do...I'm not sure if there is an easier way or not. Maybe Missy or Rajean would know since they post lots of pictures too!

ReplyDeleteI had the same problem.. but then I realized that when I would go to upload my pictures, the cursor would move to the top of all my writing. So before you click to add pictures, make sure your cursor is right where you want it to be, and it should upload them in that exact spot.
I know a few months back it made me download the new uploader (which got rid of the video link!) but just start at the very beginning and and your first picture, then move your cursor to the right side and load your second. It took me a minute or two to get use to it! :)
