Day 62

There is an empty spot in our home tonight...today mom had her dog, a toy rat terrier, Midget put down. Poor Midgie has been suffering from blindness & multiple wolf teeth. Her health has slowly deteriorated & we couldn't stand to see her suffer any more. She was a great pet for the past 12 years.

Mom said she held it together until she had to take Midgie in to the vet. *sigh*

    How sad!!! I hope your momma finds peace in knowing her pup is in a healthier, happier place!

    Oh my...that is terribly sad. I am so sorry. It is horrible to lose a pet, especially one you've loved for 12 years. I'll be thinking about you and your mom.
