Tonight I tried another WW recipe I found on Pinterest. Disclaimer: Not all recipes are created equal. While this recipe was super yummy, there really wasn't any specific instructions on how to bake the dish. It said 30 minutes, but did not include a temperature. I made an educated guess and ended up doubling that time, plus lowering the dish to the lowest rack in the oven. Next time I will bake the chicken pieces until it's about done and then put the stuffing mix on top and finish baking. All in all, it was a winner. Mom said she'd gladly eat it again! :)
