This past week I got serious and started buckling down on my eating and exercise habits...here's how the workouts went:
Sunday, Jan. 19 - rest
Monday, Jan. 20 - walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone dvd
Tuesday, Jan. 21 - kettlebell workout with dvd
Wednesday, Jan. 22 - walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone dvd
Thursday, Jan. 23 - completed Slim in 6 Start it Up dvd workout
Friday, Jan. 24 - kettlebell workout with dvd
Saturday, Jan. 25 - walked 3.1 miles on the treadmill

Do you enjoy workout videos? I've been considering investing in a few so that when the weather is bad I don't have an excuse for skipping my workouts.
