Say Goodbye to My Waistline!

Every step is a positive one...at least I keep telling myself that! ;)

I'm down another 2 pounds this week! Woohoo! Overall, I'm down a little over 20 pounds!!!! I have a long way to go to get where I would LIKE to be and still a long way to where I'd be OKAY with it...ha

    I have cut out most carbs and sugars, well as much as I can! I have also been trying to cut out dairy, which hasn't been too hard because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. Those are the 3 biggies. Add in walking 1-2.5 miles a day and it seems to be working!

    Oh carb cutting...good for you! I'm helplessly addicted :) Haha.

    I'm happy for you though!! Keep up the awesome work! It helps when you can see the benefit of 20 pounds gone! I'm super jealous!

  6. haha...I knew you'd say that Kayla! It's actually not as hard as I thought it would be, but it's amazing what has carbs in it! Argh.

    I haven't had too many people tell me they can see a difference, but I dropped a pant size already, so that's a plus!
