I'm down another 2 pounds this week! Woohoo! Overall, I'm down a little over 20 pounds!!!! I have a long way to go to get where I would LIKE to be and still a long way to where I'd be OKAY with it...ha

ReplyDeleteI have cut out most carbs and sugars, well as much as I can! I have also been trying to cut out dairy, which hasn't been too hard because I'm somewhat lactose intolerant. Those are the 3 biggies. Add in walking 1-2.5 miles a day and it seems to be working!
I won't tell Justin you cut out dairy....he'd have something to say about that!! Haha
