I haven't talked about it lately, but I'm still doing the ionic detox about 2 days a week....and feeling great! I do at least 2 miles a day on the treadmill and my knees don't hurt at all! It's amazing. My digestion seems to be better and even though I've cut pop out of my diet, no headaches or caffeine withdrawal.
I know the water looks bad in this pic but I didn't have my light on so I used the flash and it looks darker than it was...

I just found your blog so don't know about the ionic detox. I'll have to back track your posts and check them out. If it helps with knee pain, I'm all for it!!
