Day 136

I am trying to change up my workout routine and after lots of fitness articles, I have decided to try the kettlebell. Today I bought my first kettlebell and did a workout. I can already tell I changed up my routine! haha Love it. :) Hopefully, I'm not hurting too bad tomorrow!?!

Does anyone else use a kettlebell? If so, what are your thoughts/results??


  1. Those scare me a little! :o) I have no idea how to use them. The only thing I've heard is to never use Jillian Michael's kettlebell DVD to work out with. Apparently she does some exercises on there that aren't recommended for most people and quite a few have hurt themselves doing it!

  2. Yikes! Well, I am definitely sore today! haha The lady in the video (which was provided with my kettlebell) said you should feel your glutes tighten...I thought she was joking, but she's not! I never thought my butt would hurt! ;) I am gonna do it for awhile and see how it goes. Jillian Michaels scares me anyway, so not likely to try one of her workouts!
