Day 327

I am rockin a major headache tonight. Oi. :( I even exercised tonight and was feeling really good...and then it reared it's ugly head.

I did an ionic detox tonight because my digestion is all outta whack. Hopefully I'll have time for another round this weekend. Starting tomorrow my week gets cRaZy. Seriously. I'll try to keep you updated, but don't hold me to it. It might be Sunday before I get caught up on here! ha
